red24 is a risk management company delivering a range of products and services to businesses, organisations and individuals around the world. We have an unparalleled reputation for assisting clients in minimising risks to their personnel, operations and profitability. red24 was recently acquired by iJET International, bringing an exciting new dynamic to the future of the company. The combined skill sets and resources position iJET as an international leader in providing intelligence-driven, integrated risk management solutions that enable multinational organisations to operate globally with confidence.
The South African crisis response operations centre is being incorporated into the iJET 'follow the sun' operations model. Here, the customer service, analyst and crisis support departments will work in conjunction with the Global Integrated Operations Centre (GIOC), which is based in the US, and will continue to provide our extensive travel risk management services and support.
As part of iJET's expansion, a new iJET Labs technology hub is being established in Cape Town. iJET Labs are innovative technology centres where challenging and meaningful work inspires creative technology professionals to push boundaries. In our industry, keeping people safe and preserving business continuity are paramount, and developers engineer the technology that delivers up-to-the-minute critical intelligence that enables employees and expatriates to travel to high-risk and remote destinations, knowing they have a lifeline in the event of a crisis. The innovation centres are connected by a fast-paced culture where problem solvers and risk takers thrive. Staff members are provided with the latest technology, tools and training.
