One of the founding members of the red24 team, Jonny is the company's Commercial Director, responsible for red24's sales, marketing and PR. He heads the business development and account management teams across the red24 companies. Initially joining as the company's first security analyst, he was one of the team responsible for the creation of the Crisis Response Management (CRM) Centre in Cape Town, South Africa.

Lee is responsible for the production of timely and accurate security and intelligence reports for red24's corporate clients and insurance partners. Lee joined red24 from Jane's Information Group where he worked as an analyst in their Terrorism and Insurgency Centre. He has substantial knowledge of terror group tactics, methodologies, personalities, operational areas and target patterns, and has extensive experience of writing intelligence and security assessments for a wide variety of audiences. Lee has a First Class Degree in Geography and a Masters in Strategic Studies from the University of Aberdeen.
Clinton is a former undercover operative with the UK's National Crime Squad and he has over 30 years of experience within the UK's national law enforcement apparatus. Clinton is responsible for the swift deployment and coordination of red24's UK ActionResponse team.

Steven has over 20 years of experience with the military and nine years of experience in the commercial sector. During his time with the military he was involved in the planning and execution of complex operations in hostile theatres; he received the Queen's Gallantry medal following a series of high-profile operations. Since 2000, Steven has worked both as a security consultant and as a security manager, operating at a strategic level for international corporations and organisations. Prior to joining red24, Steven spent more than two years based in Paris, working for a global telecommunications company, where he used his knowledge and expertise to facilitate the implementation of corporate security policies and procedures.

These individuals are all former detectives within the UK law enforcement apparatus and have substantial experience in dealing with serious crimes. They are also experts in dealing with, and taking statements from, victims of crime and vulnerable witnesses. Their skills come from a background of investigating murder, rape, serious sexual assaults, complex fraud cases, kidnap and ransom, extortion, and product contamination. The response specialists are also adept at dealing with investigations at both national and international level and are skilled in the methods of covert policing, enabling them to carry out proactive confidential investigations of a complex nature.

Neil's career began in the British Army where he quickly established himself in the Intelligence Corps, commanding operations across Northern Ireland and Europe. He also enjoyed a successful period with the Scottish Police Service, specialising in surveillance and intelligence, before joining the British Ministry of Defence, which saw him deploy to Sierra Leone and Iraq and teach Human Intelligence to a wide array of military and non-military organisations.
Prior to joining red24, Neil was Director of Crisis Response & Intelligence at Kroll Security International (now GardaWorld US). This multi-faceted role included supporting corporate and non-corporate clients travelling to hostile environments through the provision of hazard assessment, personnel training and round-the-clock response. This underlines his excellent credentials for his position as red24's Head of Security in the Americas, much of which focuses on developing relationships with US corporations who routinely send staff abroad.
Jack, a retired FBI special agent and former president of Clayton Consultants, is the head of red24's Special Risks team. He has substantial experience in crisis management, law enforcement and anti-terrorism. He was the senior case agent on the New York Office Bin Laden Squad, and participated in the investigation of and response to the bombings at Khobar Towers, the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, the USS Cole and New York's Twin Towers (9/11). Since entering the commercial arena, Jack has cemented his position as one of the foremost kidnap for ransom experts in the world. Until recently Jack managed the kidnap response team for Clayton Consultants.
